Useful looking tool to back up Mozilla apps

Just ran across MozBackup today. From the developer's web-site:

• MozBackup is a simple utility for creating backups of Mozilla Firefox, Mozilla Thunderbird, SeaMonkey, Mozilla Suite and Netscape profiles.

Very cool - unfortunately, it's Windows-only.
